Adult Ice Cream Floats

For each drink, stir together liquid ingredients in one 8-ounce glass, then top with a scoop (about 1/2 cup) of ice cream or sorbet. Serve with a spoon or a straw.

Lemon Sparkle

Ingredients

• 1/2 cup champagne
• 1/3 limoncello (lemon liquer)
• 1 scoop lemon sorbet

Tequila Sunrise Splash

Ingredients

• 1/2 cup lemon lime soda
• 2 tbsp. tequila
• 1 tbsp. grenadine
• 1 scoop orange sherbert

Peach Melba Splash

Ingredients

• 1/2 cup Kern's Peach Nectar
• 1/2 cup club soda
• 1 tbsp. Torani Raspberry Syrup
• 1 scoop valinalla or peach ice cream

Whit Russian Fizz

Ingredients

• 1/2 cup club soda
• 2 tbsp. vodka
• 2 tbsp. coffee liqueur, such as Kaluha
• 1 scoop coffee ice cream

Root Beer Float (alcoholic) Recipe for one.

Ingredients

• 1/2 oz vodka
• 1/2 oz Galliano
• 2 oz cream
• 4 oz Coca-Cola

Pour vodka, galliano, and cream into a blender with crushed ice and blend well. Pour into glass, fill with cola, stir lightly, and serve.
