Prep/Cook Time: 25 min.
SEASON chicken with garlic and pepper.
HEAT butter in skillet. Add chicken and cook until browned. Remove chicken.
STIR in broth and thyme. Heat to a boil. Stir in rice. Cover and cook over low heat 5 min. Add peas and chicken. Cover and cook over low heat 5 min. more or until done. Stir in cheese.
