Chicken Paprika

Heat butter and saute onion lightly. Add paprika, salt and pepper, stirring, then add chicken and brown well on all sides.

Add chicken stock. Cover and simmer about an hour or until chicken is done.

Remove chicken to serving platter and keep hot.

Stir in sour cream and pour sauce over chicken.

Serve with noodles, rice, or potatoes.
