Steakhouse Onion Beef

Cook Time: 20 min.


SLICE beef into very thin strips. Mix cornstarch, broth, soy and garlic.

STIR-FRY beef in nonstick skillet until browned and juices evaporate. ADD peppers. Add cornstarch mixture. Cook, stirring until mixture boils and thickens. Serve over Broth Simmered Rice.
