Diabetic Cinnamon Cookies
- Ingredients
- 4 egg whites
- 2 Tablespoon (30 mL) water
- 5 teaspoon (25 mL) granulated sugar replacement
- 1 teaspoon (5 mL) cinnamon
- 1 1/2 cup (375 mL) flour
- 1/2 teaspoon (2 mL) baking soda
- 1/4 teaspoon (1 mL) salt

- Beat eggs and water until light and fluffy. Beat in sugar replacement
